Be sure who you hire!! At TheHomeMag we pre-screen each and every service provider on a 6-point checklist to ensure you know who you are dealing with. Our pre-screen checklist covers the following:

    We verify the company has a valid state license to perform the work advertised
  • 2. Bonded
    We verify that the company has the appropriate bonds in place to cover the work they are advertising
  • 3. Insurance
    We verify the company has current general liability and workman's compensation insurance
  • 4. Complaints
    We check with the state license board to see if the company has any complaints registered against them
  • 5. References
    We check recent trade and consumer reference
  • 6. BBB Rating
    We check Better Business Bureau ratings

$500 SERVICE WARRANTY

To give homeowners extra peace of mind we have created TheHomeMag $500 Service Warranty. In the unlikely event that you have a bad experience with a company that you have appointed to do a job for you; and that company was found through TheHomeMag, then TheHomeMag will step in and try resolve the matter on your behalf. If we are unable to do so - we could (at our discretion) reimburse you up to $500 to complete the job or rectify anything that remains outstanding. In order to quality for the program you must register your job at the start of the project.
